Collection Operations Manager

Description:

As a Collection Operations Manager, you will be responsible for achieving daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets through vendor and team performance. This role requires effective management of daily operations, problem-solving, and planning with external vendors and teams.

You will drive productivity by ensuring maximum case visits by field executives and develop and motivate staff to enhance collection quality and customer experience. Additionally, you will coordinate with other departments to resolve service-related issues effectively.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong leadership and communication skills, the ability to analyze and solve problems, and experience in collections or a related field.
