Job Title: Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead all activities related to Cash and Collections domain. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cash and collections, interacting with end customers via calls and emails for collecting past due amounts, meeting collections numbers/targets, and defining strategies for AR and Cash Application operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead all activities related to Cash and Collections domain.
  • Manage cash and collections while ensuring efficient dispute resolution.
  • Analyze customer accounts and perform reconciliation as per requirement.
  • Interact with end customers via calls and emails for collecting past due amounts.
  • Meet collections numbers/targets (monthly/quarterly/yearly).
  • Define, develop, and establish strategy and policies for AR and Cash Application operations.
  • Oversee the implementation of AR and Cash Application strategies across teams and systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and contractual obligations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or similar field.
  • Relevant years of experience in Order to Cash and AR domain.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex data.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrates ownership of responsibilities, self-reliance, resourcefulness, a proactive approach, is a mentor to team members, and effectively manages a team.
  • Proficient in ERP systems.
  • Hands-on experience in Python, Power BI/Tableau, and SQL will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to be both collaborative and inclusive within a team environment.
