Job Title: Senior Financial Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, preparing and maintaining schedules for major expenses, ensuring timely reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable, and handling statutory compliance related to TDS, TCS, GST, and other taxes.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of applicable statutes and financial legal requirements, proficiency in preparing financial statements and working schedules, excellent communication skills for effective coordination and timely task completion, and familiarity with accounting software and tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Prepare and maintain schedules for major expenses, including capital expenditures and revenue recognition.
  • Ensure timely reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable, including resolving any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
  • Handle statutory compliance related to TDS, TCS, GST, and other taxes, including filing returns and making payments on time.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant work experience in financial operations management.
  • Strong knowledge of applicable statutes and financial legal requirements.
  • Proficiency in preparing financial statements and working schedules.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective coordination and timely task completion.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and tools.
