Lead Financial Analyst

We're seeking an exceptional Lead Financial Analyst to join our team.

This key role involves leading and managing financial discussions with clients, contributing to proposals and transformation projects, and providing strategic direction and coaching to drive improvements and growth.

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting concepts, processes, and key controls, along with knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP/Oracle/Cloud ERPs, Power BI, Blackline, Cloud/Workday.

Preferrably, the ideal candidate will have experience with new-age technologies like robotics, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and design thinking methods.

This role offers an elevated level of visibility with senior client finance stakeholders and requires excellent communication skills and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage financial discussions with clients

  • Collaborate with senior executives to oversee daily operational tasks and address customer inquiries

Requirements:
