We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Director to lead our strategic workforce initiatives and foster an environment of high performance and engagement.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement forward-thinking HR programs to attract, retain, and engage top talent
  • Manage the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration of new team members
  • Design and optimize compensation structures, incentive programs, and benefits to maintain competitiveness and motivation
  • Oversee payroll processing with precision and timeliness
  • Ensure compliance and transparency in all compensation practices
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities that reflect our organization's values and vision
  • Conduct surveys and sentiment analysis to measure employee satisfaction
  • Foster open communication channels between management and employees
  • Manage conflict resolution and disciplinary processes with fairness
Your Ideal Background:
  • Masters in HR or Business Administration (preferred)
  • At least 9 years of HR management experience, preferably in the Manufacturing or Lighting industries
  • Proven experience with HRMIS/ERP implementation is a plus
  • Strong leadership and people management abilities
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving orientation
  • Deep knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance frameworks
