Job Title: Human Resources Director

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead our team in developing and implementing effective HR strategies that support business objectives.

This is a key leadership role that requires a strong understanding of HR concepts, policies, and procedures, as well as the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
  • Partner with leadership teams to foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and continuous communication.
  • Oversee the implementation of performance management systems, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Identify high-potential employees and ensure they undergo talent development programs.
  • Collaborate with the Corporate HR team to enhance employee participation in Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
  • Drive recognition and reward programs for high-performing employees.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts, ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates.
  • Develop strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Oversee the onboarding and integration process for new hires.
  • Identify training needs within the unit and collaborate with the corporate Learning & Development team to conduct training programs.
