Job Title: Human Resources Director
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement human resources strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Provide guidance on critical human resources areas, including employee development, performance management, compensation and benefits, change management, coaching, and employee relations.
- Ensure timely and flawless execution of key employee experience touchpoints and processes.
- Analyze people metrics and trends to provide proactive insight and create innovative action plans.
- Build strong partnerships across the HR team and partner with Shared Services, Capacity Management, Recruiting, and other support functions to drive business results.
We are seeking a seasoned Director-level executive to lead our People Partner function for a business unit. This role requires a senior-level executive with expertise in critical HR areas, including employee development and management, performance management, compensation and benefits, change management, coaching, and employee relations.
