Job Title: Human Resources Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee and manage the HRM and administrative functions for our Mumbai region.
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for implementing recruitment and selection processes, managing employee relations, performance management, and HR policies and compliance. The role also involves identifying training needs and organizing induction and other training programs.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Knowledge of HR Systems and experience in implementing recruitment and selection function and other HR Systems.
- Good understanding of principles of management and strong documentation, communication, and team working skills.
- MBA in HR from a reputed institute.
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in HR.
- Experience of independently handling some of the HR Systems especially recruitment, selection, onboarding and induction.
