Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Practitioner to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources and Payroll Management, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective human resources strategies to drive business growth and improve employee engagement
- Manage payroll processes, including salary administration, benefits, and statutory compliance
- Provide guidance on compensation and benefits packages to ensure fairness and equity
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement performance management systems
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Conduct training sessions on HR best practices and payroll management
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in HR and Payroll Management
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
