Human Resources Leadership Position

About the Role

This is a pivotal opportunity to drive operational excellence, standardize processes and lead a team of senior HR leaders across multiple sites and corporate locations.

  • Lead end-to-end HR Operations across the organization, including multiple sites and corporate teams.
  • Manage and mentor Site HR Heads and Corporate HR teams.
  • Implement and govern HR policies procedures and compliance frameworks.
  • Own the Employee Life Cycle Management including onboarding transfers exits and documentation.
  • Strengthen and scale HRIS systems workflows and reporting mechanisms.
  • Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance across all HR functions.
  • Handle grievance redressal workplace practices and policy implementation proactively.
  • Define best practices in HR operations to enhance efficiency standardization and employee experience.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders including senior leadership and business heads.

Key Qualifications

  • Master of Business Administration in Human Resource from top-tier institutions.
  • 20+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations within large organizations.

Essential Skills

  • Strong experience in managing multi-location HR teams and high-scale operations.
  • Deep understanding of HR systems compliance labor laws process design and execution.
  • Ability to work at a strategic level while managing complex operational details.
  • Experience reporting to CXO/CHRO level leadership.
