Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Upwork bidding expert to spearhead our team's efforts in securing high-value projects. As a strategic bidder and business development manager, you will be responsible for defining winning strategies, optimizing proposals, selecting lucrative opportunities, mentoring the team, and driving higher conversion rates.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Upwork algorithms, client behaviors, and platform updates. You will need to stay ahead of the curve, anticipating changes and adjusting strategies accordingly.

A strong analytical mindset is essential for tracking performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and making data-driven decisions.

In addition to technical expertise, excellent written and spoken English skills are crucial for effective communication with clients and team members alike.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3+ years of proven Upwork bidding experience with a strong track record of closing high-value projects
  • Experience in managing a team of bidders (minimum 3 members)
  • Strong understanding of software development services (Mobile, Web, CRM, ERP, Odoo, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Knowledge of international clients (USA, Europe, Middle East, East Asia, Australia)
