Job Title: Performance Marketer

• Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketer with expertise in Google Ads (Performance Max) and Meta Ads campaigns. This individual will be responsible for launching, testing, optimizing, and scaling campaigns with a focus on driving real leads, revenue, and return on ad spend.

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically plan and execute Google Performance Max and Meta Ads campaigns to target local and regional SMBs in the USA
  • Develop and implement test-and-scale approaches to optimize campaign structure, creative assets, ad copy, audience signals, and bidding strategies
  • Provide weekly reports and actionable insights on campaign performance, including CPC, CPL, ROAS, lead quality, and other key metrics
  • Own campaign performance and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Collaborate with internal sales/marketing teams to optimize landing pages and enhance customer experience

• Requirements:

  • Google and Meta Ads certification
  • Proven experience running successful Google Performance Max and Meta Ads campaigns for SMBs
  • Strong understanding of North American SMB segments and customer behavior
  • Ability to set up conversion tracking, first-party audience signals, and campaign structure for maximum performance
  • Expertise in lead generation, ROAS optimization, and budget scaling
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
