Position Summary:

The Head of Autonomous Networks will be responsible for defining and executing our global strategy for network automation and intelligence, driving growth and revenue expansion through next-generation solutions.

This role requires exceptional leadership, industry expertise, and the ability to influence at the highest levels. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading transformation programs and delivering business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transformation Leadership: Lead large-scale delivery programs with CSPs and OEMs, delivering measurable business impact through advanced automation and AI/ML solutions.
  • Innovation Catalyst: Champion next-generation solutions in orchestration, self-healing networks, OSS/BSS transformation, 5G/edge, and cloud-native architectures.
  • Global Representation: Represent our organization in global industry bodies, executive forums, and customer boardroom discussions, shaping industry perspectives on autonomous networks.
  • Team Building: Attract, mentor, and empower high-performing technical and delivery teams across geographies, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proven Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in network automation, AI/ML-driven operations, OSS/BSS transformation, 5G/edge, and cloud-native solutions.
  • Transformation Track Record: Proven track record of success leading global transformation programs for CSPs and OEMs, from vision to large-scale execution.
  • Executive Presence: Exceptional executive presence and influence, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders, build trusted relationships, and navigate complex global organizations.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business and commercial acumen, with the ability to balance technology leadership with business growth outcomes.
