Project Leadership

The project leaders are part of the Delivery Management practice. The key objectives of this team are to ensure successful & consistent delivery of software solutions, effectively manage commercials by securing committed revenue & maintain healthy margins.

As a Project Leader within our team, you will play a key role in the growth of our Services practice, help implement best practices and new methodologies, and help our organization deliver projects as per agreed scope, schedule & budget ensuring higher revenue & maintaining healthy margins.

We have a diverse portfolio of customers and projects that vary in size, complexity, industry domain, and use-case across geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Successful project implementation using project management best practices & methodologies.
  • Manage a project team of functional and technical consultants (internal & external).
  • Good understanding of software products to converse with clients in a knowledgeable and confident manner.
  • Build trusted client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Interpret commercial and contractual terms and manage the project as per agreed terms & conditions of the contract.
  • Support country services leaders, practice leads and sales teams on pre-sales activity and proposals.
  • Adhere to PMO governance & project reporting using project management tools.

Experience & Qualification:

  • A minimum of 15+ years of working experience.
  • 8+ years of effective project management experience.
  • Working experience in reputable banks, system integrators, product companies and/or software organizations.
  • Software implementation experience in project management/technical delivery management.
  • Delivered end-to-end large/medium software projects using waterfall & agile methodology.
  • Good understanding of risk, fraud, originations, customer onboarding domains.
  • Delivering software solutions in loan originations, fraud, decisioning, customer management.
  • Delivering cloud-based implementations & on-prem solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent work experience.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certifications like scrum master, SAFe.
  • Willingness to travel (20-30%).

Desired Skills:

  • A track record of owning and carrying out projects from start to finish with strong prioritization and time management.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with internal & external teams and varying levels of management.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English & Hindi, Marathi(optional).
  • Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to independently drive projects through to completion.
  • A highly collaborative approach to build, manage and motivate project teams spread across geographies, departments and organizations(clients and partners).
