As a pivotal team member, you will play a significant role in designing and implementing employee benefits solutions to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hands-on configuration and administration of the Benefits module.
  • Lead multiple Open Enrollment cycles and support life events.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. and Canada benefits systems, legislation, and regulations.
  • Familiarity with ACA compliance, HIPAA considerations, and COBRA administration.
Requirements
  • 4–6 years of relevant experience in Workday HCM Benefits modules, with Workday HCM/Benefits certification preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, or human resources (advanced degree preferred).
  • Core HCM and Benefits plus hands-on experience in at least one of the following: Advanced Compensation, Absence, Learning, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Time Tracking, or Payroll (U.S. / Canada).
  • Technical/Analytical Skills:
    • Report creation, data extraction, and validation for accuracy and compliance.
    • Understanding of Workday security roles and permissions.
    • Familiarity with integrations between Workday and external benefits providers or payroll systems.
    • Strong troubleshooting ability for incidents, service requests, and configuration changes.
    • Continuous Improvement: Ability to assess Workday updates, adopt new features, and document solutions using ticketing systems.
