Sales and Business Development Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Customer Service solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in solution selling, particularly within Dynamics 365 modules, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service. This role involves driving business development efforts, growing revenue, and expanding market share for our Microsoft Dynamics 365 offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue and market share.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial client engagement to closing deals, with a consultative and solution-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to tailor Dynamics 365 solutions that meet client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to foster business growth and client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of successful sales and business development experience in CRM or ERP solutions, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Customer Service.
- Indepth knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Field Service modules.
- Proven track record in managing largescale CRM sales cycles, including solution selling, consultative sales, and contract negotiations.
Preferred Qualities:
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive and self-motivated approach to business development.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
Education Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
- An MBA or advanced business degree is a plus.
