Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management:
  • Recruit, lead, and manage a team of talent acquisition professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  • Set clear goals and expectations for the team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and deliverables.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting knowledge sharing and professional development.
• Recruitment Deliverables:
  • Develop sourcing strategies and recruit using multiple channels - agencies, job boards, referrals, campaigns basis generic, niche & super niche skills we hire.
  • Serve as a trusted business partner to the Business Leadership Team, offering counsel, expertise collaboration, and in-depth understanding of business variables in relation with TA function.
  • Drive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion practice from a recruiting lens, including building affinity, sourcing, training, and selection strategies.
  • Lead with data, providing recruiting status reports and communications to senior leadership and key business partners/cross-functional business partners.
• Process Adherence and Efficiency:
  • Ensure process adherence and develop checks & balances to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve hiring practices, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation.
  • Monitor data performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to understand requirements and provide required insights.
  • Act as a point of contact for hiring inquiries and needs, addressing concerns and providing timely updates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
• Training and Development:
  • Identify training needs within the team and develop appropriate training programs.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members, fostering their professional growth.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in hiring for data management, sharing knowledge with the team.

Requirements:

• 12-14 years of overall experience, 4+ years of experience in Data Analytics hiring (particularly Actuarials, Catastrophic roles) and some understanding of analytics front (catastrophic modelling, etc)
• Team management experience of at least 4 years is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and tools for Data Analytics hiring.
• Proficiency in data analysis and finding trends.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural environment.
• Project management experience is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, data management, computer science, business analytics, or related field.
