Job Title: Senior Human Resources Manager\

  • Craft talent acquisition strategies to build strong pipelines for future hiring needs based on the organization's annual operating plans.\
  • Implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.\
  • Discuss employees' career development paths with managers.\
  • Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire).\
  • Utilize data and analytics to drive HR decision-making and improve processes.\
  • Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with overall business goals.\
  • Organize continuous learning and development programs for the teams.\
  • Address employees' requests and grievances in a timely manner.\
  • Drive regular employee engagement and retention efforts.\
  • Lead the way in implementing change initiatives related to culture, performance, recognition, and policies.

Requirements and Skills:

  • \
  • Proven 4+ years of work experience as a HR Manager or similar role.\
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems, PMS and ATS).\
  • Excellent communication abilities.\
  • Leadership skills.\
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, and high-growth work environment.\
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to daily tasks and responsibilities.\
  • Minimum of a Master's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Personnel Management.
