Sales Director with expertise in Strategic Partner Acquisition

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Director with expertise in Strategic Partner Acquisition to lead our sales efforts and foster strong relationships with channel partners.
The role involves driving revenue growth, managing partner networks, and ensuring our products reach a broader audience through strategic alliances.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets in assigned territories or markets.
• Manage the entire sales lifecycle, including prospecting, lead generation, deal negotiation, and closure.
• Identify new business opportunities and create customized proposals to address customer needs.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior leadership.
Channel Partner Development:
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand our market presence.
• Build strong, long-lasting relationships with channel partners to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Train and enable partners to effectively represent our products and services, ensuring they achieve their sales objectives.
• Work with partners to co-develop business plans and marketing initiatives to maximize revenue potential.
• Prospect, qualify, and engage with new channel partners.
• Negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering win-win outcomes.
Market Insights and Strategy:
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for growth.
• Provide feedback from partners and customers to influence product development and strategy.
• Stay updated on industry trends and leverage them to improve sales and partner strategies.
