Job Title: Digital Campaign Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Digital Campaign Specialist to manage the seamless execution of advertising and promotional campaigns across multiple digital platforms. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing campaigns using digital marketing tools, managing campaign setup, launch, and monitoring, and ensuring compliance with technical and creative guidelines.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate operational activities, validate campaign deliverables, and identify and resolve operational bottlenecks. Additionally, you will prepare reports and dashboards with actionable insights as per SOPs and escalate content or programming errors to partner teams for resolution.

We are looking for an individual with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in handling digital advertising platforms and spreadsheets. Familiarity with campaign management tools and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is also required. Effective communication skills for cross-functional coordination and flexibility to work in night shifts and weekend coverage if required are essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Effective communication skills for cross-functional coordination

  • Knowledge/understanding of digital marketing is an added advantage
  • Prior domain knowledge in campaign operations/digital marketing preferred
