Role Overview: This role focuses on driving digital marketing initiatives, including influencer partnerships, to elevate our brand's presence in the beauty, skincare, and grooming space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies across various digital channels.
  • Identify, collaborate with, and manage social media influencers/content creators aligned with our brand values.
  • Plan & run successful campaigns around product launches, seasonal events, and ongoing brand initiatives.
  • Work closely with brand teams to design engaging content and ensure brand consistency.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and oversee project timelines.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize future initiatives.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to maintain our brand's competitive edge.
  • Maintain accurate records of influencer collaborations and performance metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with beauty, skincare, or lifestyle brands.
  • Proven track record of managing impactful online campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing, creator trends, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with campaign management software and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
  • Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and accountability at all times.
