We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Campaign Specialist to join our marketing team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) to drive awareness, conversions, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage performance marketing strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Drive key outcomes – conversions, retention, and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
  • Continuously analyze campaign data, optimize targeting, creatives, placements, and bidding strategies.
  • Monitor campaign efficiency against KPIs and make data-driven decisions.
  • Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and competitor strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform future marketing campaigns.

This role is ideal for someone who loves digital marketing, is data-driven, and wants hands-on exposure to running high-impact campaigns for a fast-growing brand.

Requirements:
  • Candidate with a strong interest in digital marketing OR candidates with up to 2-3 years of experience.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort in working with data, numbers, and reports.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for consumer brands and e-commerce marketing is a plus.
