Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to drive paid visibility and revenue growth on third-party platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate advertising budgets across allocated marketplaces.
  • Set up, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns on platform-specific ad managers (e.g., Amazon Advertising Console).
  • Track and report on key performance metrics such as cost of sales, return on ad spend, and ad-attributed revenue.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (product development, content creation) to ensure product listings are optimized for ad performance.
  • Conduct keyword research and make data-backed bids and budget adjustments to maximize ad efficiency.
  • Identify and chase high-intent opportunities such as seasonal boosts, platform events, and new product launches.
  • Maintain and update campaign performance reports and dashboards.
Requirements
  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing for direct-to-consumer brands.
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads, Nykaa Ads, or similar platforms.
  • Proficient in analyzing platform dashboards and drawing actionable insights.
  • Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
  • Basic understanding of key ad metrics (cost of sales, return on ad spend, CTR, CPC).
  • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Experience managing multiple marketplace accounts simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with product-level attribution and category performance.
  • Exposure to listing optimization and product visibility best practices on marketplaces.
