Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our performance marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving success through data-driven strategies and high-performing campaigns.

  • About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will develop and execute PPC strategies across multiple marketplaces, conduct market research, create and manage ad campaigns for maximum ROI, and deliver detailed performance reports.
  • This role requires strong analytical skills, ability to turn data into actionable insights, and excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Google Data Studio, keyword tools, and bulk operations is also required.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Amazon PPC strategies across multiple marketplaces
  • Conduct market, competitor, and keyword research to optimise campaigns
  • Create, manage, and analyse ad campaigns for maximum ROI
  • Deliver detailed performance reports for internal and client communications
  • Collaborate with the creative and brand management teams on high-converting ad creatives
  • Stay updated on Amazon Advertising policies, beta features, and best practices

Requirements:

  • 4+ years' hands-on experience managing Amazon Ads for large/enterprise accounts
  • Proven track record improving ROAS/ACoS, CTRs, and conversions
  • Strong grasp of advertising metrics, retail readiness, and ranking algorithms
  • Experience across UK/US and European Amazon marketplaces
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Google Data Studio, keyword tools, and bulk operations
  • Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
