Job Title: Project Manager

A skilled project manager with 2-4 years of experience in construction or project management is required to work closely with senior project managers.

The ideal candidate will ensure seamless coordination and execution of industrial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Prepare reports, charts, and project documentation to support senior project managers.
  • Communication: Communicate with clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Design and Engineering: Coordinate design and engineering between different disciplines and perform clash checks for PEB, civil works, piping, ducts, and openings.
  • Scheduling: Prepare preliminary schedules, bar charts, catch-up plans, and look-ahead schedules to optimize project progress.
  • Cost Estimating: Assist in cost estimating, tendering processes, and tender documentation to ensure accurate project planning.
  • Conflict Resolution: Track and report potential or actual project conflicts to the project manager.
  • Query Resolution: Expedite resolutions for queries during the execution stage.
  • Meeting Minutes: Prepare meeting minutes and ensure timely follow-up on action points.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E.) or Master's in Construction/Project Management (M. Tech in CPM).
  • 2-4 years of experience in project or construction management within consultancy or construction organizations.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in industrial construction projects.
  • Basic understanding of cost estimation, tendering, and documentation.
  • Proficiency in preparing schedules, bar charts, and project tracking tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong coordination and follow-up abilities to remove bottlenecks and expedite progress.
