Job Title: Senior Project Coordinator

 

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our design and delivery process, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful completion of projects.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and clients, to ensure seamless communication and timely project delivery.

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, resource allocation plans, and risk management strategies to minimize delays and cost overruns.

• Assist in preparing and managing project budgets, invoices, and payment schedules to ensure financial compliance and accuracy.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, increase productivity, and enhance overall project quality.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry standards, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity throughout the project lifecycle.

• Identify, document, and escalate any project risks or issues promptly to prevent potential conflicts or disputes.

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, construction administration, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.

• Proficiency in project management software, such as Procore, Asana, or Microsoft Project.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
