Senior Project Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee project planning, execution, and delivery.

  • Project Planning and Coordination: Develop, maintain, and monitor project reports, schedules, and cost details of multiple assigned projects.
  • Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with project stakeholders, conduct site visits to verify progress and identify any critical or risk issues.
  • Team Leadership: Pro-actively support and manage the project plan and team, adhere to project timing and best practices to meet operational goals and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Billing and Payment Processing: Manage the billing and payment process as per terms and conditions.
  • Client Satisfaction and Retention: Ensure client satisfaction by delivering projects on time and meeting expectations. Resolve any issues promptly and fairly.
  • Issue Resolution and Risk Management: Allocate, monitor, and closure of snags/observation points shared by clients in DLP period and follow up on release of retention amounts.
  • New Project Setup and Onboarding: Conduct site visits of new projects, prepare photographic reports, and submit to the tender team.
  • Project Operations and Monitoring: Project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and billing. Ensure that all project operations are carried out efficiently and effectively.
  • Cost Control and Vendor Management: Cost management and vendor management to ensure that projects are delivered within budget.
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Preparation of cash flow of each project and analysis of financial performance.
  • Client Communication and Relationship Building: Establish and maintain professional relationships with contractors and clients through effective communication and conflict resolution.
