Dear Candidate We are hiring for Project Coordinator Qualification Required Diploma BE - Mechanical Electrical OR Any Graduate with similar experience Experience Required 6 months to 3 years Location Ambernath Thane Roles Responsibilities Coordinate project schedules resources and task assignments Organize and facilitate project meetings take notes and track action items Maintain project documentation including contracts reports and meeting minutes Prepare MIS reports Daily Weekly Monthly towards project schedule Ensure accurate and timely updates to project documentation and databases Ensure project teams are informed of deadlines dependencies and changes in scope Act as the primary point of contact for project team members and stakeholders Ensure clear timely and effective communication between project stakeholders Monitor project progress and ensure it aligns with the defined scope and objectives l Help ensure projects are aligned with client goals and deliverables Key Skills Required Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines Should have experience in preparing various types of MIS reports Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Job Type Full-time Pay 300 000 00 - 400 000 00 per year Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
