Role Details

A detail-oriented candidate with a technical background is required to coordinate resources and manage projects. The ideal candidate will set clear objectives, define targets, and deliver results within set timelines while ensuring high-quality outcomes and maintaining control over the project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Manage software/application development projects in an agile environment with hands-on experience in software development.
  • Scope Definition: Define project scope and objectives and ensure alignment of business goals with technical requirements.
  • Resource Planning & Allocation: Assess resources needed for software development and optimize their utilization.
  • Effort & Problem-Solving: Estimate effort required to complete the project and guide teams technically in overcoming obstacles or roadblocks.
  • Risk & Stakeholder Management: Manage risks effectively and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Management Tools Proficiency: Utilize project management tools like MS Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, Asana, and others to track progress and ensure project goals are met.
  • Vendor & Supplier Management: Manage contracts and assign tasks to vendors and suppliers to ensure expected deliverables.
  • Best Practices Implementation: Apply industry best practices throughout the project lifecycle to ensure smooth execution.
  • Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor progress and make adjustments to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification.

Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field, 1-2 years of project management experience, and preferred certifications include PMP and Agile.
