Job Title: Senior Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to lead the delivery of commercial projects from pre-construction to closeout. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and excellent organizational skills.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage project phases, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and milestones.
  • Ensure compliance with contract scope, safety standards, budget controls, and quality requirements.
  • Coordinate with site supervisors to ensure on-site progress and resolve field issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation using construction management software.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, change orders, site instructions, deficiency reports, and closeout packages.
  • Prepare cost estimates for bid packages and tender submissions.
  • Issue purchase orders to subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Track invoices for subcontractor payments and project billing.
  • Maintain budget control through cost-effective solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Represent the company at project meetings with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
  • Build relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors through proactive communication.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., construction management, business administration).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, practices, and tools.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in construction management software.
