Job Title: Civil Construction Project Director

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced project director to lead our civil and interior construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery, including planning, execution, and monitoring progress. This includes managing cross-functional teams, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and ensuring compliance with design drawings, specifications, and quality plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead civil and interior construction projects from concept to completion
  • Manage project teams, including engineers, supervisors, and vendors
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements
  • Monitor and report project progress to senior management
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 14 years of experience in project management, with expertise in civil and interior construction
  • Strong knowledge of project management software, including AUTOCAD and MS PROJECT
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to motivate and direct teams
  • Able to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions
