Site Engineering Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to lead the construction of our projects. As a highly skilled professional, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day activities on-site.

The successful candidate will have excellent project management skills, with experience in ensuring that projects progress efficiently, meet quality and safety standards, and adhere to project plans and schedules.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Execution: Oversee and manage construction activities, ensuring they align with project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Quality Control: Monitor work on-site to ensure it meets quality and safety standards.
  • Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols and practices to ensure a secure work environment.
  • Resource Management: Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to allocate resources efficiently.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical guidance, resolve engineering issues, and make decisions related to construction methods and materials.
  • Site Documentation: Maintain accurate records, including daily progress reports and site diaries.
  • Problem Solving: Address unexpected issues and offer practical solutions to keep the project on track.
  • Client Communication: Keep clients informed about project progress and address their concerns.
  • Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to verify work quality and compliance with project specifications.
