We're looking for a skilled HR professional to join our team as a Strategic Human Resources Partner. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and challenge yourself while working remotely with global industry experts.


Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:


  • ">
  • Organizing and maintaining personnel records, entering new data, and updating previous contractors' data in internal HR databases.">
  • Reviewing, revising, and updating company policies.">
  • Preparing various HR documents, including new hire guides, contracts, compensation lists, and more.">
  • Designing and executing on the recruitment processes and cooperating with external recruiters or talent acquisition specialists if needed.">
  • Reviewing, revising, and updating the onboarding process.">
  • Executing the onboarding of new contractors.">
  • Designing offboarding processes.">
  • Executing offboarding processes.">
  • Reviewing, revising, and updating the performance tracking system.">
  • Conducting regular performance reviews for all team members.">
  • Cooperating with the payroll department by providing them with up-to-date information required for compensation payments, such as overtime hours and work schedules.">
  • Answering team members' queries about people or HR-related issues and helping resolve them internally.">
  • Creating regular presentations and reports on HR metrics.">
  • Cooperating in creating company culture.">
  • Designing and leading weekly team building meetings.">
  • Taking an active part in HR projects, such as job fairs, recruitment rounds, and more.">
  • Participating in designing HR and recruitment software for the organization.">
  • Assisting leadership in managing and administering the HR budget.">
  • Potentially recruiting and managing their own HR Assistant.

">Fundamental Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:


  • ">
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a field related to the role, or equivalent experience.">
  • A minimum 3+ years of continuous experience as an HR Assistant, Manager, Coordinator, Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar.">
  • At least 1 year of experience working in a start-up.">
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with people, both internally and externally.">
  • Great strategic instincts and the ability to exercise good judgment in ambiguous situations.">
  • Proven success in negotiating service provider contracts and resolving workplace issues.">
  • Demonstrated track record of identifying methods to support team members and increase their professional satisfaction.">
  • Ability to build systems and methods to motivate team members.">
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.">
  • Ideally, intellectual curiosity and structured thinking.

We are looking for a self-starter with strong drive for learning and problem-solving skills to excel in a fast-paced environment.

">Location

This remote role offers a flexible schedule, working Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM Eastern Time.

">Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
