Your Role

  • You will be responsible for HR business partnering, talent management, employee relations, change management, HR analytics, learning and development, total rewards, and HR projects & org initiatives.
  • You will collaborate with senior leadership to understand the business strategy and develop HR strategies that support the organization's goals.
  • You will lead talent management initiatives, including talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, and performance management.
  • You will act as a trusted advisor to people leaders and employees on HR matters, including conflict resolution, performance improvement, and employee engagement.
  • You will drive and support organizational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • You will utilize HR metrics and analytics to enable data-driven decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
  • You will partner with the Learning and Development SPOC to identify training needs and enable execution of programs that enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • You will collaborate with senior leaders to facilitate informed compensation decisions, analyses, interventions, and insights.

Requirements

  • You must have over 15 years of HR business partnering experience, preferably within Global Capability Centers (GCCs).
  • You must have a postgraduate degree in business management with a specialization in HR.
  • You must possess effective interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, along with a self-starter mindset.
  • You must have an innovative approach to improve processes and solve problems.
  • You must be experienced in HR analytics and data analysis.
  • You must demonstrate analytical skills and experience with HR metrics and data analysis.
  • You must be skilled in planning and collaborating with various functions and key stakeholders to successfully complete HR projects.
  • You must be actively engaged within the industry and participate in HR forums.
  • You must possess a deep understanding of current talent trends and practices.
