We are seeking a seasoned Project Leader to oversee the implementation of Oracle's Customer Experience for Utilities solution in a high call volume call center. This role requires effective management of day-to-day tasks, ensuring timely completion of project deliverables while adhering to scope, schedule, and budget.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning the successful delivery of project outcomes, meeting customer expectations, and driving business value.
  • Developing and maintaining project management artifacts such as project plans and JIRA boards.
  • Tracking risks and issues, facilitating problem resolution, and managing communication and escalation of issues.
  • Providing regular project status reports and debriefs to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a project leader, preferably in the utilities domain.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, including waterfall and agile.
  • Experience working with standard project management tools such as MS project, JIRA, Smartsheet, etc.

Prior experience in leading projects in the utilities industry is highly desirable.

A master's degree, PMP certification, and extensive experience in full-cycle Oracle Utilities implementations or upgrades would be advantageous.
