Lead MEP Manager for Semiconductor Manufacturing

This is a senior-level role that requires experience in managing complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems within semiconductor facilities.

The successful candidate will have expertise in cleanroom environments, critical utilities, and infrastructure. They will be responsible for overseeing design coordination, execution, quality control, safety compliance, and timely delivery of all MEP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all MEP activities including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire protection, utilities, and process piping for semiconductor projects.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and equipment vendors to ensure alignment with project specifications, cleanroom standards, and client requirements.
  • Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of critical systems including power distribution, HVAC, ultrapure water treatment, process gases, and other semiconductor-specific utilities.
  • Ensure compliance with international codes/standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, SEMI standards, etc.) and local regulations.
  • Monitor project progress, manage schedules, control budgets, and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Implement and enforce quality control and safety protocols specific to semiconductor facilities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and coordination issues across multiple disciplines.
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to deliver the project within timelines and cost targets.
