Job Opportunity:

MEP Manager Role

We are seeking an accomplished MEP Manager to oversee the execution of our projects. Your expertise will ensure seamless project delivery, and timely completion is paramount. Key responsibilities include reviewing and optimizing MEP drawings for design accuracy and service efficiency. You will also provide value engineering inputs, benchmark service standards, and support cost estimation and budgeting for MEP scope.

In this capacity, you will coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams for execution. Regular site visits and inspections are crucial to ensure quality standards are met. Additionally, you will lead sustainability initiatives such as STP, WTP, rainwater harvesting, and green building practices. Your role also entails preparing MIS reports, certifying bills, and managing MEP budgets.

To excel in this position, a university degree or diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and/or Building Management is required. Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar role, accompanied by proficiency in high-end equipment installation and commissioning, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and optimize MEP drawings for design accuracy and service efficiency

  • Monitor site progress, conduct regular inspections, and ensure quality standards

  • Install and commission high-end equipment

Requirements:

  • University degree or diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and/or Building Management
