We are seeking a senior planning professional to lead our construction initiatives and drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scope Definition: Define project scope, timelines, and priorities across multiple initiatives within approved guidelines
  • Strategic Planning: Lead planning, budgeting, cost control, and risk management efforts to ensure successful project delivery
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor progress and conduct review meetings to ensure alignment with project objectives
  • Baseline Establishment: Establish baselines and oversee resource deployment, quality compliance, and time management to optimize project efficiency
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure regulatory compliance during pre-construction phases to minimize risks
  • Collaboration: Maintain effective communication with consultants, clients, and internal teams to achieve project goals
  • Site Logistics: Collaborate on site logistics and execution plans to ensure seamless project execution
  • Project Delivery: Administer end-to-end project delivery aligned with forecasts to meet project expectations
  • Procurement Strategy: Develop procurement strategies, manage RFPs, tenders, BOQs, and site deliveries to optimize project outcomes
  • Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with vendors for timely material procurement and execution to minimize delays
  • Cost Analysis: Conduct cost analysis, rate evaluations, and BOQ preparation to ensure accurate project costing

  • Project Management Expertise: Proven experience in project management and pre-construction planning
  • Procurement Knowledge: Strong understanding of procurement processes and regulatory frameworks
