Project Lead

We are seeking a highly capable and collaborative Project Lead who will be responsible for leading multiple renovation and fitout projects. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-impact projects with some of the world's most respected hospitality brands.

About the Role
  • Lead multiple renovation and fitout projects from design through procurement and construction.
  • Manage internal teams, designers, contractors, and vendors to achieve safe, timely, on-budget completion with international quality standards.
Responsibilities
  • Pre-Construction: Prepare master schedules, budgets, procurement strategies, and construction logistics plans.
  • Programme Management: Prepare schedule trackers, lead BOI deliveries, store management, and identify delays and propose acceleration methods.
  • Contracts & Cost Management: Prepare tender event schedules, coordinate commercial management, manage change orders, and prepare monthly cost reports.
  • Construction Management: Supervise site logistics, shutdown plans, works execution strategy, and lead project handover processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in hospitality fit-out projects.
  • Familiarity with international hotel brand standards.
  • Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
