Senior Operations Manager

We are seeking an accomplished Team Lead Operations professional to spearhead our operations team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily workflow, ensuring maximum capacity to the project pool, and overseeing schedule adherence for self and team members.
This is a high-profile role that demands exceptional leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a proven track record in operations management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily workflow management to ensure optimal utilization of resources
- Schedule adherence for self and team members
- Effective operations management by overcoming daily hurdles of absenteeism, erratic workflow, ad-hoc requests, etc.
- Constant communication with US offices through calls and emails
- Preparing accurate reports and submitting them in a timely manner
- Performing random quality checks on volumes processed by team members
- Conducting daily meetings with team members and providing timely process updates to maintain quality
- Anticipating client needs and preparing reports
- Reviewing QC feedbacks and devising ways to improve quality of the team
Requirements:
- Graduate or master's degree in any stream
- 5-7 years of work experience in managing teams at BPO/KPO
- Strong oral and written English communication skills with problem-solving ability
- Good networking skills across the organization to get things done
- Ability to create a challenging, fast-paced team-oriented environment
- Very strong computer skills in Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet/Intranet
- Ability to learn quickly and teach members on process nuances
- Knowledge of financial services and class action/mass tort is good to have
- Ability to interact with confidence with US internal and external customers
Career Progression:
If you are performing well in this role, you may grow into a Senior Team Leader, Assistant Manager, or Ops Manager position.
Please note that this job requires working in night shifts (USA shift timing with additional allowances) and on Indian holidays.
