Job Opportunity: Senior Finance Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven finance professional to lead our US-based finance operations team.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • - Lead a high-performing team of finance professionals in managing end-to-end finance operations for our US clients, overseeing daily activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliation, month-end closures, and financial reporting.
  • - Ensure adherence to US GAAP and client-specific guidelines, serving as the primary point of contact for multiple US clients and managing expectations, resolving escalations, and maintaining high client satisfaction.
  • - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and implement best practices, conducting regular team meetings, performance reviews, and providing training and mentorship to team members.
  • - Analyze team KPIs and SLAs to ensure high-quality service delivery and identify areas of improvement, handling transitions and onboarding of new client processes, and reviewing financial data and reports to identify trends and discrepancies.
