Job Title: Senior Finance Manager

Financial Management Expertise
  • We are seeking a skilled and experienced financial manager to lead our finance team, overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial records, accounts, and reports.
  • The ideal candidate will create and manage monthly management information reports (MIS), including profit and loss statements, cash flow, and budget vs actuals, providing timely insights to leadership.
  • This role requires maintaining up-to-date bookkeeping, compliance, and documentation aligned with statutory regulations.
  • As a leader, you will mentor a small finance team, ensuring deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned with organizational needs.
  • You will support leadership with financial reporting, analysis, and insights to aid decision-making and investor communications.
  • Track and report financial and operational key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure visibility across functions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sourcing, QA, logistics, warehousing, tech) to align financial processes with business goals.
  • Manage statutory compliance in India (tax filings, audits, etc.) and support UK compliance in collaboration with external advisors.
  • Assist in preparing investor reports, forecasts, and financial models to support fundraising and growth planning.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or auditing, preferably in a fast-growing or dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for presenting complex financial information to investors, auditors, and internal teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • A high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining the integrity of financial records and reports.
