Lead Financial Operations Specialist

Total Experience: 6-10 years required.

Qualifications: CA/CPA preferred.

This is a full-time position, involving direct leadership of the organization's financial operations.

The Lead Financial Operations Specialist oversees financial reporting, compliance, and strategy across multiple legal entities within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement preparation for all group entities in accordance with GAAP/IFRS.
  • Ensure timely consolidation of financials across subsidiaries.
  • Maintain adherence to local, regional, and international accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate external audits and statutory filings.
  • Develop internal control frameworks to safeguard assets and ensure data integrity.
  • Improve financial processes, systems, and controls across entities.
  • Implement SOX compliance and other regulatory control initiatives.
  • Oversee entity-level budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Analyze financial performance and variances; provide insights to senior leadership.
  • Support strategic planning and financial modeling for new initiatives and expansions.
  • Manage and mentor a team of accountants and financial analysts across entities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Tax, Treasury, Legal, and Operations.
  • Advise entity heads and business unit leaders on financial matters.
  • Drive automation and system enhancements for financial reporting and consolidation.
  • Maintain consistency in accounting policies and procedures across the group.
