Financial Expertise Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager with expertise in financial reporting, statutory compliance, and strategic planning. This role demands strong analytical thinking, hands-on accounting expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

You will be responsible for maintaining strict financial discipline, ensuring regulatory adherence, and enabling data-driven decision-making through timely and accurate reporting.

Main Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning & Reporting
    • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes to optimize financial performance.
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to inform business decisions.
    • Ensure timely closure of books and accurate financial reporting to stakeholders.
  • Compliance & Audits
    • Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits to ensure compliance with regulations.
    • Ensure adherence to GST, TDS, PF, PT, and other regulatory requirements to minimize risk.
    • Maintain up-to-date documentation and statutory records to facilitate audit trails.
  • Accounts Management
    • Oversee accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and expense tracking to maintain financial control.
    • Process reimbursements and handle bank reconciliations to prevent discrepancies.
  • Stakeholder Reporting & Analysis
    • Create MIS reports for management and investors to inform strategic decisions.
    • Support data analysis and financial modeling to drive business growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Coordinate with HR, Admin, and leadership teams for payroll, taxation, and operations to streamline processes.
    • Support financial planning for internal initiatives and business goals to achieve success.
