Financial Operations Manager

As a senior accountant, you will play a key role in managing and overseeing daily accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and budgeting to ensure seamless financial management.
- Prepare financial statements, conduct audits, and maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Identify areas for financial strategy improvement and provide recommendations to enhance business performance.

Required Qualifications:- Accounting and Financial Reporting skills
- Experience in accounts payable/receivable and General Ledger management
- Proficiency in reviewing books of accounts, ITR, and GST filings
- Ability to keep track of outstanding tasks and ensure timely completion
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / Cost Accountant qualification preferred
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Ability to manage clients independently with professionalism
