
Strategic Business Development Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Executive to lead our growth strategy in the PCG B2B/ Partner Alliance vertical.
- Responsibilities:
- Advising high net worth individuals on Equity, F&O, Equity/Currency/Commodity management.
- Managing large customers with book sizes exceeding 25 lacs and above.
- Building strong relationships with business partners (partners, franchisees, IFA) to drive business scalability and quality servicing.
- Helping business partners - franchisees, IFA, partners scale their existing base and revenue through quality service and showcasing future opportunities.
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic business decisions.
- Developing and executing plans to increase customer acquisition and retention rates.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expand into new markets.
- Providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders to improve business outcomes.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 5 years of experience in sourcing and managing PCG B2B/Partner Alliance/Franchisee verticals for stock broking firms.
- Proven track record of delivering business growth and expansion into new markets.
- Strong understanding of institutional equity research and ability to connect with buy-side institutions like mutual fund houses and insurance companies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions.
