
Business Development Associate

As a Key Account Development Professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic relationship-building and sales initiatives. Your primary objective will be to acquire new Demat and Trading accounts with a minimum margin of Rs. 1 Lac per account, leveraging direct sales, cold calling, networking, and references.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within assigned key accounts, focusing on cross-selling financial products such as Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Structured Products, and Insurances.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their investment needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to gather market intelligence and insights, ensuring informed decision-making.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing queries and delivering exceptional customer service to drive client retention.
