Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic planning, leadership, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communication and Collaboration: Foster effective communication and collaboration with subordinates to align goals and objectives.
  • Strategy Implementation: Ensure seamless strategy/system implementations as per directives, while continuously scouting new talent to enhance the team's capabilities.
  • Talent Management: Induct new employees according to company policy, ensuring adherence to policies and code of conduct.
  • Territory Management: Effectively manage vacant territories to maximize business opportunities.
  • Issue Resolution: Guide team members in resolving issues, maintaining relationships with stockists and chemists.
  • Tour Planning: Prepare and submit tour programs for self and team members as per guidelines.
  • Sales Analysis: Conduct monthly analysis of primary/secondary sales, customer coverage, and other key performance indicators.
  • KOL/KBL Connect: Establish connections with key opinion leaders and business leaders.
  • Customer Relationships: Develop strong business relationships with key customers.
  • Incentive Schemes: Brief subordinates on incentive schemes to drive motivation.
  • Target Achievement: Ensure annual target achievement for all headquarters and new launches.
  • Team Development: Foster the development of team members in detailing, product knowledge, RCPA, and in-clinic effectiveness.
  • New Opportunities: Identify new business opportunities to drive growth.
  • Discipline: Maintain discipline within the team.
