This role is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive significant growth in IT Infrastructure Management Services, with a strong focus on delivering strategic value and driving business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain credibility with executives, leveraging exceptional executive bonding capabilities to drive business success.
  • Understand and leverage political forces within organizations to capitalize on opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Drive value creation by identifying, tracking, and measuring customer business value to generate demand for services.
  • Maximize competitive advantage by effectively differentiating solutions from competitors' offerings.
  • Efficiently manage internal and external resources to ensure sales and business success, optimizing resource utilization.
  • Develop a deep understanding of IT Infrastructure Management Services and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the IT services landscape.
  • Understand the CMS Services space and leverage regional connections with accounts and their CIOs to drive business growth.
  • Analyze the impact of SMAC (Social, Mobile, Analytics, Cloud) on client engagement and service delivery models.
  • Articulate differentiated positions of established Tier I and Tier II IT System Integrators.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Exceptional business acumen and relationship building skills.
  • Strong regional connect with accounts and their CIOs.
  • Ability to think critically and possess excellent communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of competitive differentiation strategies.
  • Analytical skills to understand reasons for underpayment, days in A/R, and top denial reasons.
