Job Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

About the Role

  • This role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in upscale settings, with at least 2 years as a Line Cook. Culinary school degree is required.
  • Excellent leadership skills in multicultural environments are essential.
  • Familiarity with personalized service principles, including needs assessment, quality standards, alternative delivery systems, and guest satisfaction techniques is a must.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Work effectively in any kitchen section and maintain good food knowledge and understanding of culinary terms.
  • Exhibit advanced knife handling skills and excel at completing tasks efficiently and productively.
  • Maintain personal appearance, uniform, and hygiene according to company rules.
  • Report for duty on time and follow supervisor instructions.

Qualifications and Education

  • Culinary school degree is required.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in upscale settings is required.
  • Experience as a Line Cook is preferred.
